In her tenure as assistant principal at Harmony,  Mrs. McReynolds was a part of the inaugural cohort of the district's Aspiring Principals Academy under the Leadership Development Program. Her journey in East Central ISD began in July 2016 as the district's Social Studies Instructional Specialist, showcasing her commitment to academic excellence.

Prior to joining ECISD, Mrs. McReynolds enriched Floresville South Elementary as an assistant principal from July 2015-2016. Her diverse experience within Floresville ISD also includes roles as an instructional coach, an instructional facilitator, and a passionate eighth-grade social studies teacher.

Mrs. McReynolds graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2001. She furthered her education by earning a Master of Educational Administration with Principal Certification from Lamar University in 2015. Her dedication to education has been recognized through awards such as Floresville Middle School's Teacher of the Year (2005-2006) and the Sons of the American Revolution Teacher of the Year in 2011.

She is married to Jason and is a proud mother of two sons, Landen and Daylan.
